Step 2: Click on that link on which your eligibility criteria match. As you clicked, you will redirect to another page. There will be a three-three column for all fresh and renewal candidates.

Step 3: Registered yourself by providing some basic details in the UP Scholarship Online Form 2020 and submit the form. Now you will have a pdf file of the filled form. Take a print out of this form for further reference and click on the home button.

In the year 1948-49, Uttar Pradesh Samaj Kalyan Vibhag was established as the “Harijan Assistant Department”. For Social Sector schemes, the “Social Welfare Department” was established in 1955. Harijan and Social Welfare Department was formed in 1961 by joining Harijan Assistant Department and Social Welfare Department. In 1991-92 the department was named as Social Welfare Department.
